Sliding Scale Support

For those who are low-earners, Flow & Form is still committing to providing prenatal, early-labor, and birth services. If you do not have insurance or feel concerned about the costs associated with having a doula, please reach out and we can discuss how to ensure you have the support you deserve!

Hourly

Flow & Form doulas are willing to work on retainer with an hourly rate and capped total per birth. This rate fluctuates based on the services provided and the skill set of the doula. We are committed to being up front about costs associated and each doula will work with you on establishing a contract so that there are no hidden or surprise costs. If you’d like to work within a specific budget, we can discuss this in our introduction call and provide options for support.

Birth package

If you’d like comprehensive, continuous support, our doulas can guide you through the stages of doula care during planning, early-labor, and birth so that you can identify which areas are most important for you to have a doula present. These milestones can help outline your terms and package pricing so that you understand how your investment will manifest as you work through your delivery date.

Insurance Coverage

Your insurance provider, whether through a private company or public program like Medicaid, may cover partial or total costs for a Doula during your pregnancy. Flow & Form Doulas can work with medical insurance providers to file a claim for our services.

Contact your insurance provider to discuss coverage.

If you don’t have medical insurance, or would prefer to not use insurance towards Doula services, our Doulas work directly with you to create a contract and will bill privately through a digital invoice where you can pay via all major credit card types or Health Savings Account (HSA).

Fill out our Contact Form and we will to help you find the right payment solution.
